Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days, providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging.  Please note items bought at sale price must be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Smile Cards we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

Delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed.
